- The playbook is a PDF. We email it to the address you give at checkout within 24 hours of payment, usually within a few hours.
- Not received in 24 hours? Email us and we'll resend it. If we can't deliver it within 48 hours of payment, you get a full refund.
- Paid twice by mistake, or bought the wrong edition? We refund the extra payment or swap the edition.
- Once the PDF has been delivered, the sale is final, because a digital file can't be returned.
1. What you are buying
The India Dating App Playbook is a digital guide in PDF format, sold in two editions: the Men's Edition and the Women's Edition. Current prices are shown on the playbook page. Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes that apply. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
2. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Depending on the checkout, you can pay by UPI, card or net banking. We never see or store your card or bank details.
3. Delivery
- After your payment is confirmed, we email the PDF to the email address you entered at checkout.
- Delivery time: within 24 hours of payment, and usually within a few hours between 9 am and 9 pm IST.
- Please check your Promotions and Spam folders. If the email isn't there, write to us with your payment ID and we'll resend it.
- If you entered a wrong email address, email us from the right one with your payment ID.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your order and get a full refund at any time before we send you the PDF. Email us with your payment ID. After the PDF has been delivered, the order can't be cancelled.
5. Refunds
We give a full refund when:
- we could not deliver the PDF within 48 hours of your payment;
- you were charged more than once for the same order (we refund the extra payment);
- the file is damaged or won't open and we can't send you a working copy within 48 hours.
If you bought the wrong edition, we'll send you the other edition instead. Because the playbook is a digital file you keep once delivered, we don't offer refunds for change of mind after delivery.
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
6. How to ask for help
Email us with your name, the email you used at checkout, and your payment ID or UPI transaction ID (it's in your payment confirmation).
